All Rolled Up has been looking into the best way to post to all our UK and Overseas customers. Tracking parcels has been the most requested option for most customers, so we’ve teamed up with Royal Mail to provide a better way to send parcels out.
UK CUSTOMERS – As of April, we have started using Tracked 24 and 48 options for our UK customers. This full tracked service offers compensation on your parcels up to £100 and can provide SMS and email notifications on your incoming parcel. There is also an option to add a signature to the delivery for an additional small fee. NEW! We now offer Free Tracked 48 shipping on all orders over £50
This service provides a transparent view to track your package and self-serve track and trace online, where you can change delivery to a safe location or modify the delivery date.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS – From April, there are new postage rates, many services with reduced prices and some exciting news of Flat Rate services to Europe. We are now offering reduced-priced tracked services based on a flat parcel rate plus rate per kilo. The weight limit is 2kg in most countries, but they have now expanded a limited number of countries’ weights to 5kg.
Here are some examples
Parcels up to 5kg sent Tracked services to Ireland can go for a Flat Rate of £10.00
Parcels up to 2kg sent Tracked and Signed services to Germany can go for a Flat Rate of £10.50
Parcels up to 2kg sent Tracked and Signed services to France can go for a Flat Rate of £9.00
Canada has a 15% reduction in pricing across all postage rates. The USA has a reduction in pricing in parcel rates, too.
