When you order, we get an email and normally send out a PayPal invoice (or get in touch with questions). Next week (indeed, until 18 October), that won’t happen – or it might take longer. We’ll get your emails, but the business of the exhibition will have priority and I suspect we’ll be zonked out by the evening.
We’ve updated the shop to put EVERYTHING in stock and Made to Order. That might look like we’ve gone mad, but if you check our Frequently Asked Questions page:
it can take up to three weeks (21 calendar days) where you include any Made to Order items.
So, setting everything as Made to Order is our way of saying, we can take new requests and we will make anything, but it won’t ship out until after at least a week after we return from Essen.
We will get in touch with you as soon as possible, invoice for payment, and provide an update on likely delivery times as soon as possible.
