All Rolled Up–Covid 19 Update

To all our Customers, in response to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, we can confirm that we are currently fully operational with minimal disruption.

The health, safety and wellbeing of our people, customers and suppliers are of paramount importance. As a business, we rigorously follow official NHS guidance to avoid catching and spreading coronavirus. To this end, we have adopted the Stay at Home guidance while creating product and processing web orders

We practice proactive measures, including (but not limited to):

  • Handwashing with soap, and using and hand sanitisers throughout the day,
  • No third-party visitors.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting work areas, periodically, such as door handles, work surfaces, and so forth, with anti-bacterial wipes and sprays.

Our production currently remains unaffected, and we have enough materials to not worry about our supply chain.

Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus. From experience based on other outbreaks, we know that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels.

We send most of our parcels by Royal Mail. Here are the current details for shipping.

UK & EU Orders

Both Royal Mail (orders <2 kg) and Parcelforce (orders ≥2 kg) have advised changes to delivery procedure and suspension of UK service guarantee. Their guidance on this is subject to change.

International Orders –

We are still processing international orders. Despite some countries closing borders, their restrictions impact the movement of people and not goods. This guidance is subject to change, but you can keep updated here:

We are actively monitoring the UK government response and will implement further measures accordingly if/when instructed. Until then, it is business as usual.

As a self-employed company receiving no government assistance, we need to try and carry on, continue to support the blood flowing through the veins of the gaming community. We believe your mental health is as important as your physical health; we hope we can provide some relief with our gaming products.

Expect new items in the store soon, as well as our brand-new Book section. Please follow us on social media or sign up to our newsletter to keep updated.

Lastly: Stay Safe and Keep on Gaming.
